Mirika Nakayama, President & CEO of ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. (“ITC”) spoke at Helicopter Investor London 2020, which was held on the 25th and 26th February 2020.
The tenth Helicopter Investor London, a conference dedicated to helicopter finance, transactions and operations, brought together 250 senior executives and key decision makers.
During the two-day conference in London, Mirika Nakayama, President and CEO of ITC, spoke at “Why now is the time to finance rotary assets” and “Finding debt and investors” forums, as a lessor with over thirty years of experience in the helicopter leasing market. During these two panel discussions, Mirika presented her views on the importance of asset assessment while explaining ITC’s unique leasing structure that allows more flexibility for operators, especially in terms of asset type and/or age that may not necessarily be popular amongst large financial institutions – one example is our lease transaction that involved redeployment of EC225LPs in new mission types.
