ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. (ITC) lease-finances four helicopters with an EMS partner in the United States. The aircraft lease contracts started in late September and October 2025.
The deal covers three Airbus H125s and one H135. The four aircraft are configured for emergency medical services and will be operating from various hospital bases across the country.
The H125 is one of the market-leading turbine helicopters in the single-engine category, known for its multi-mission capabilities. It is one of the most popular single-engine emergency medical services helicopters in the United States, thanks to its operational safety, low operating costs and spacious cabin. Its cabin offers multiple medical kit options, adaptable to each operator’s needs.
The H135, as one of Airbus’ most successful lightweight helicopters, is known for its endurance, compact build, low sound levels, reliability, versatility, and cost-competitiveness. The H135 is often considered to have the lowest operating and maintenance costs within the twin-engine category. As the worldwide fleet leader in EMS, the H135 is available in a wide range of dedicated EMS interiors that give operators a choice of configurations, providing ample room for patient care.
ITC’s team is incredibly proud to strengthen the partnership with this U.S. HEMS operator and to support their fleet in delivering air medical services to save human lives.
Mirika Nakayama, ITC-AeroLeasing’s CEO, said:
Our priority is always our customer’s mission, providing them with perfectly adapted financing solutions, so that they can strengthen and optimize their fleet with peace of mind.”
Since 1986, ITC has been committed to supporting EMS operators across the United States. We look forward to continuing to help medical operators access and fund suitable aircraft for their operations.
