ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. (“ITC”) has entered into a new lease with Air Center Helicopters Inc. (“ACHI”) for one (1) Eurocopter EC225LP, which will be serving the U.S. government by transporting personnel and supplies.
ACHI has a strong reputation for safety and has been awarded long-term contracts with U.S. government agencies for over 30 years. ITC has been working with ACHI since the 1990s, when it first provided leased aircraft to ACHI.
The EC225, once very popular for offshore oil and gas platform transportation, has re-emerged and been re-purposed as a utility aircraft within the last decade, mainly thanks to ACHI’s initiative. ITC put its trust in ACHI’s strategy and vision tosupport their first acquisitions of EC225s from ERA in 2018.
ITC is a Japan-based leasing and trading company with a leased portfolio of over sixty (60) aircraft, coupled with a sales capability for Japanese government-owned and privately owned aircraft, covering a wide range of aircraft types from helicopters, turboprops, and business jets to regional and commercial jets.
