Privacy Policy for Recruitment

ITC-AeroLeasing, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles the personal information of those who apply for jobs with the Company (hereinafter referred to as “applicants”) as set forth below.

1. Personal information the Company collects and uses
The Company will acquire applicants’ personal information appropriately to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Personal information collected and used by the Company in the course of recruitment and onboarding procedures is as follows:

  1.  Name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, educational background, etc.;
  2.  Family structure, dependent status, etc.;
  3.  Qualifications, licenses, etc.;
  4.  Results of medical checkup, physical measurement records, medical history, health conditions, etc.;
  5.  Information on work history, motivation, qualifications, annual income, etc., contained in the resume or curriculum vitae as well as information from tests and contacts conducted during recruitment; and
  6.  Other information necessary for recruitment and hiring procedures.

2. Purpose of use of personal information
The Company will use the personal information of applicants only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use as follows:

  1.  For the purpose of candidate selection, such as acceptance or rejection notification of application, selection results, etc.;
  2.  To ask questions or contact the applicant in connection with the selection process;
  3.  After the applicant joins the Company, to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal rules, and to perform duties related to human resources, labor, benefits, and other employment management; and
  4.  To perform other tasks related to or incidental to employment selection, etc.

3. Security control measures for personal information
With respect to the protection of applicants’ personal information, the Company will take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of applicants’ personal information and to manage personal information otherwise safely by implementing appropriate organizational, personnel, physical, and technical measures. If personal data is stored in a foreign country, the Company will take appropriate security control measures based on our understanding of the personal information protection systems of that foreign country.

4. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to third parties within the scope of the purposes of use. When outsourcing operations related to handling personal information, the Company will screen the eligibility of the outsourcee and provide necessary and appropriate supervision of the outsourcee to ensure that the outsourced personal information is managed safely.

5. Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company will not disclose or provide applicants’ personal information to third parties without obtaining applicants’ prior consent, except in exceptional cases as stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

6. Retention of personal information
When the Company determines that it is no longer necessary to retain personal information in light of the purpose of use, the Company will endeavor to delete or dispose of such personal information.

7. Applicants’ rights
The Company has established procedures for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc., of applicants’ personal information in its possession. For details, please contact the Human Resources Department of the Office of the President at the following address.

8. Rejection of providing personal information
If an applicant refuses to provide all or part of the personal information requested by the Company, the Company may refuse the applicant to take part in the selection process. Please note that all application documents provided will not be returned.
